Tendrils twist & dance upon,
Upon the changing face of time.

As with a black veil.
Cast light not cut its thread,

And now my warm breath hits the realness of mid-morning air,
I see lilac leaves glisten in the garden that I've seen since I could see.
So close. So close,
It fell apart 'cause it was so close.
Though the chance is in sight,
Incandescent, burning bright.
Lie still the blossomed land,
And arise the better man.
As I step into the night,
Upon me a pressing plight.
And now my warm breath breaks upon the blade of midnight air.
I hear lilac leaves rustle through the wind let speak the wind to me.
New secrets swim through me,
So adorn this place with memory.
From all that was, and all to be,
This place was everything.
Watch tall the garden grow, where forgiveness fell to rest.
